1. Nature of the Service

BankNifty Intelligence Hub (“Platform”, “Service”) is an AI-powered data aggregation and analysis tool that uses artificial intelligence models to process publicly available market data. The Platform generates statistical analyses, pattern recognition outputs, and probabilistic assessments (“Reports”) based on automated computational processes.

The Platform is designed exclusively for informational and educational purposes. It is a technology demonstration of AI capabilities applied to financial data. The Reports represent automated machine outputs and do not represent the opinions, recommendations, or advice of any human analyst, financial adviser, or investment professional.

2. Not Financial Advice

NO INFORMATION ON THIS PLATFORM CONSTITUTES FINANCIAL ADVICE, INVESTMENT ADVICE, TRADING ADVICE, OR ANY OTHER FORM OF PROFESSIONAL ADVICE.

Nothing on this Platform should be interpreted as:

4. AI Limitations & Accuracy

Reports are generated by third-party AI models including but not limited to Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, xAI Grok, and models accessed through OpenRouter. These AI models:

  • Can and do produce inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or entirely incorrect outputs.
  • May hallucinate data, statistics, levels, or analysis that have no basis in reality.
  • May have knowledge cutoffs that result in outdated analysis.
  • May produce biased outputs based on training data characteristics.
  • May fail to account for breaking news, sudden market events, or unprecedented conditions.
  • Have no understanding of real-time market dynamics beyond the data snapshot provided.
  • Cannot predict the future. No AI model has the capability to reliably predict market movements.

We make no representation or warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability, or suitability of any AI-generated output.

5. Data Sources & Third-Party Data

The Platform aggregates data from various third-party sources including but not limited to NSE India, Yahoo Finance, economic calendars, news aggregators, and other publicly available data providers. We do not control, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of third-party data.

  • Data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors introduced by the source.
  • Real-time market data shown on the Platform may have delays ranging from seconds to minutes.
  • Historical data and statistics may contain inaccuracies or gaps.
  • We are not responsible for any decisions made based on third-party data displayed on the Platform.

6. Market Risk Disclosure

Trading in financial markets, including trading in BankNifty, Nifty, options, futures, and other derivatives, involves SUBSTANTIAL RISK OF LOSS and is not suitable for all investors.

  • You may lose your entire invested capital. In some cases (particularly with derivatives), you may lose MORE than your initial investment.

The Platform displays various scores, signals, predictions, and assessments including but not limited to bias scores, key levels, support/resistance zones, predicted ranges, and directional assessments. These are:

  • Automated computational outputs from AI models, not human expert opinions.
  • Probabilistic in nature — they represent statistical tendencies, not certainties.
  • Inherently unreliable — AI models cannot predict market movements with accuracy.
  • Not tested or verified against actual market outcomes for accuracy.
  • Subject to model bias — AI models may exhibit systematic biases.

You should NOT rely on these outputs for any trading or investment decision. They are provided for informational and educational purposes only.

8. No Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY, ITS OWNERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, AND SUCCESSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any financial loss, trading loss, investment loss, or loss of profits arising from or related to the use of the Platform or reliance on any Report, data, score, signal, or other output.
  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages of any kind.
  • Any damages arising from AI model errors, hallucinations, inaccuracies, or failures.
  • Any damages arising from third-party data errors, delays, or inaccuracies.
  • Any damages arising from service interruptions, downtime, bugs, or technical issues.
  • Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or transmissions.

In no event shall the Company’s total aggregate liability exceed INR 1,000 (Indian Rupees One Thousand) or the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim, whichever is lower.

9. Assumption of Risk

By using this Platform, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are using the Platform at your sole risk and discretion.
  • You are solely responsible for any and all trading or investment decisions you make.
  • You will not hold the Company liable for any losses, damages, or consequences arising from your use of the Platform or its outputs.

  • You understand that AI-generated content can be inaccurate or misleading.

10. Credits & Refund Policy

  • Credits purchased are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • If there is a genuine technical failure during report generation (not due to user error, network issues, or third-party AI provider failures), the Company may, at its sole discretion, consider credit restoration on a case-by-case basis.
  • The decision to restore credits rests entirely with the Company and is not subject to appeal.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its owners, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to your use of the Platform, your violation of these terms, or your reliance on any Platform output for financial decisions.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Disclaimer and all disputes arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall be governed by the laws of India. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India, for the resolution of any disputes.

13. Severability

If any provision of this Disclaimer is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
