4. Ownership & Use of Generated Content

By using the Platform and generating any Content, you grant the Company an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid-up, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable license to:

Use, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, display, perform, and otherwise exploit all Generated Content in any media or format.
Incorporate Generated Content into training datasets for AI models, machine learning systems, and analytical tools.
Publish, distribute, sell, license, or sublicense Generated Content to third parties.
Use Generated Content for marketing, promotional, research, and educational purposes.
Create aggregated, anonymized, or statistical analyses derived from Generated Content.

This license survives any termination of your account or these terms. You waive any moral rights or similar rights in Generated Content to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We may share your information in the following circumstances:

Service Providers: With third-party AI model providers (Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, xAI, OpenRouter), data sources, hosting providers, and analytics services that help us operate the Platform.
Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; to enforce our Terms; to protect the safety, rights, or property of the Company or others.
Business Transfers: In connection with any merger, acquisition, sale of assets, financing, or transfer of all or a portion of our business to another entity.

Credit & Transaction Logs: Retained indefinitely for audit, legal, and dispute resolution purposes.
Usage Analytics: Retained indefinitely in aggregated form.

Request deletion of your account (note: this does not affect Generated Content which remains the Company’s property, nor credit/transaction logs which are retained for legal purposes).
